A Different Kind of Workplace Wellness

Work moves quickly. Between meetings, deadlines, decisions and constant demands for attention, there is often little space to simply pause.

Clarity @ Work creates that space.

Through live, human-led mindfulness experiences, employees are invited to step out of the pace of the workday, reconnect with the present moment and return with greater awareness, focus and intention.

It isn't about adding another task to the workday. It's about creating clarity within it.

What Employees Experience

Each 30-Minute session follows a simple, familiar rhythm designed to help employees transition from the pace of work into a more present state of awareness.

ARRIVE

We begin by creating a moment of transition—settling the body, noticing the breath and bringing attention to the present moment.

EXPLORE

A short reflection or theme introduces the practice and connects mindfulness to something relevant to everyday life and work.

PRACTICE

We guide the group through a mindfulness practice, using attention to the breath, body and present-moment awareness as a foundation.

INTEGRATE

We close by allowing participants to notice the experience and consider how the quality of awareness developed in the practice can accompany them back into the rest of their day.

No experience is required. There is nothing to achieve and no right way to be. The invitation is simply to pause, notice and be present.

Why TimeToSIT?

Mindfulness is a practice. Experience matters.

For more than 30 years, Carlos Alberto has made meditation a central part of his life and has spent years bringing mindfulness into spaces where people live, learn and work.

Since becoming a certified mindfulness instructor in 2016, Carlos has led experiences for corporations, nonprofits, schools, colleges, wellness organizations and community groups.

His approach is grounded in a simple belief:

Mindfulness should be accessible to everyone—not only to people who already consider themselves meditators.

TimeToSIT brings that experience into the workplace through live, human-led sessions that are practical, approachable and free from the pressure to perform meditation “correctly.”

No apps. No prerecorded sessions. No expectation to become a meditator.

Just an experienced teacher creating the space for people to pause, pay attention and practice being present.

Trusted by organizations and institutions who make time for mindfulness.
